MOVES FROM PHILADELPHIA Mr. and Mrs. Alex Shirey and their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. George Sharrock, have moved to Southport from Philadelphia, Pa. They will make their future home here on the Cape Fear river two miles above Southport. Mr. Shirey purchased a home there several years ago. A conductor on the Baltimore and Ohio railroad for many years, Mr. Shiery Is retiring within a few months. He will return to Philadelphia in October to round out his service before retiring.
