New York, was fishing from the Yaupon Beach pier Friday morning and landed a beautiful 310 pound speckled trout. / a number of tlje speckled t iflm have been caught* by others fishing from the pier during the past few weeks. These catches during the summer can be taken as a sure indication that with the approach of fail the waters around the pier will become alive with the speckled trout. The pier is located in an area that has always been acclaimed as a favorite gathering place for this variety of fish.
