D. Flow ers was guest for this program. The Rev. Flowers brought to the faculty and student body a recording of the speech made by Reverend Martin Luther King at Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York. His theme was the “American Dream.’’ We are grateful to the Rev. Flowers and the Rev. Frink for coming out and sharing this pro gram with us. The members of the NHA Club at Union High met on Tuesday to discuss the rules the new mem bers are to carry out during pro bation. Probation will start on Monday of next week. They are also making plans to attend the State Fair at Raleigh on October 16. The trip is being sponsored by Mrs. E. G. Sowells and should prove to be an enjoyable event for all.
