CONTESTANTS IN Continued From Page 1 fory were from Clinton, Roseboro ind Wilmington. This year, competition was re stricted to a costume worn at ■ >ne time, with one change of iccessories allowed. The entrants nodeled their costumes one way ind after a skit, presented by the Southport Club and narrated by Mrs. Duffie, modeled them in a Jifferent way. Southport’s entry, by Mrs. Tames M. Harper, was a black vool suit with off-the-neck scarf, vith which a black satin over blouse was worn. A second blouse, worn under the entire suit, was an evening top with gold braid, making the outfit and en tirely different costume. The student winner used the same pattern, making the suit in a green tweed with mustard colored blouse. The two suits looked entirely different. The skit was also a fashion show—one in which costumes of the periods in which our First Ladies lived in the White House were featured. ROGER W. PRICE The late Elbert Hubbard, one of the most | brilliant writers of recent time personally in- | vestigated the claims of Chiropractic. He wrote §> in His book, THE SCIENCE OF KEEPING WELL: “Above all things,* a good Chiropractor has jp faith in nature. He does not make the proud i boost that he cures people. He knows that it is |:i nature that heals. All the Chiropractor can do is || brings adverse resuits. The Chiropractor does not pin his faith in any single panacea. He simply knows the physical fact that a pressure of a bone on the nerve brings about a condition where the telegraph system fails to act pro perly. With skilled hands he bfinps about the right relationship and proper adjustment. He finds the cause pnd removes it. Modern Chiropractors are not doctors of medicine. They doctors of health. From them we get a new science which is adding fatly to the happiness and welfare of the world.” PRICE Chiropractic Clinic DR. ROGER Wj PRICE By Appommenr 103 S. 3rd St. Wifnington, N. C.
