The ‘capstone’
of our county’s
accomplishment
A stage full of people came
to see and to applaud a
houseful of possibilities at
last week’s dedication of the
Odell Williamson
Auditorium at Brunswick
Community College.
The structure style and
spaciousness of both the
lobby and the 1,500-seat
auditorium caused Gov
ernor Jim Hunt to describe
the facility as the "cap
stone" of the county’s
achievements.
Hunt congratulated Wil
liamson and his wife, Vir
ginia, for their contribution
to the auditorium, which
will serve the college and
also the community.
