The said tax shall be collected at the time the other taxes of the City are collected and shall be paid over by the collector to the Treasurer of the City. Section 6. For the purpose of creating a sinking fund with which to pay the principal of the bonds provided for in Section one aforesaid, issued under this act, it shall be the duty of the said Board of Aldermen of the City of Randleman, beginning ten years before the date on which the said bonds shall be come due and payable as to the principal thereof, to annually levy and collect a special tax in addition to that provided for in section four of this act, and the tax provided for in this section shall equal in amount one tenth of the amount of bonds issued under section one of this act; and whenever the amount of taxes under this section, together with the interest accumulated from the investment thereof, provided for in Section seven of this act, shall be sufficient to ! pa off the principal of aii out standing bonds issued under this act, then the said Board of s - chine.
