Hammer et als vs. Watts Brother Co et als, the undersigned commission er will on the 6th day of September, 1919, at 12 o'clock, M, at the court house door in Asheboro, North Caroli na, sell at public auction, to the high est bidder, for cash, the following de scribed real estate, in and near Oak Avenue, in the town of Asheboro, a. Tract No. 1. Be grinning' at a stene on Oak Avenue, the S. E. cofner of Jno 31. Hammer home place (now owned by W. C. Hammer) ; thence in a southeast erly direction with Oak Avenue 244 feet to a stone; thence westerly with Hammer's (formerly Smithes) line 420 feet to a stone; thence north with tne -old Wins low line (now line of lot No. 4 herein described) 200 feet to a stone; thence east with Hammer's line 253 jfeet to the beginning containing two -acres, more or less. See Book 140, page 25. Tract No. 3. Beginning at a stone, the N. W. corner of the Chas.
