NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION
Notic is hereby riven, that a spec
ial election has been called and will be
held in the Town of Worthvile, for the
purpose of voting: on the proposition
to repeal the charter of said town, as
set forth in Chapter 137, Private
Laws 1897, and acts amendatory
thereof, said election to be held on
the 13th day of April, 1920, from 8
o'clock A. M. till sundown of said day,
at the regular voting' place for town
elections in the Town of Worthville, at
Worth ville Store Company, and for
the purpose of said election A. M. Os
borne has been appointed registrar,
and A. G. Myrick and L. P. Foust pole
holders of said election. The registra
tion books are to open at 9 o'clock A.
M., March 26th, 1920, and close at 9
o'clock P. M., on April 3rd, J 920.
This the 15th day of March, 1920.

ing in Lee county for the past five
years, has moved to Randleman. Mr.
Howell lived near Central Falls until
he moved to Lee county.

several weeks under Dr. W. D. Bow-
