Pursuant to the provis ions of the Municipal Finance Act (Sub-Chapter III of Chapter 56 of the Consolidated Statutes of North Caro lina) bonds of the Town of "Asheboro, to be known as Street Improvement Bonds, are hereby authorized to be issued in an aggregate principal amount not erceeding ?205,000, for the purpose of constructing or econ structing the surface of pavement of the following portions of streets in the Town of Asheboro, such surface or pavement to be 6f sheet asphalt, laid on a solid foundation, including contemporaneous construction or re construction of curbs, gutters and drains therein, and the grading there of, viz: v Depot Street r.rd Sun.-et Avenue, from Bank of Randloph to J. S. Lew is' west line; North Street, from Favetteville Street to t)Id Main Street ; Old Main Street, from Worth Street to Salisbury Street and Sal isbury Street from Old Main Street to the street leading south from Salisbury Street heiveeii the lands of the McAlister estate on the east and Asheboro Hosioiv.
