TWO SAMARCAND 1 ' f -GIRLS TAKE LONG BIKE Two girls ran away from the State Industrial school at SamareanoV last week were found in Winston Salem after walking all the wty from 8am arcand in Moore county. One of the girls was most anxious to return to the school, and gave a detailed account of their trip. One girl was only sixteen years old and said she really did not favor the plan in the beginning, and wanted to go bck to Samarcand. They left the school about 11:00 o'clock Sunday, October 16th, arriving in Asheboro Monday night. They arriv ed in Winston-Salem about 4 KM e'clock Friday afternoon.
