hv this reasonable to acauaiut our-
selvep in christ. anity that earthly
things are bemgs in a moral
sen ae that heaven ie not made of
the same cDaraeter according to
man's idea here below, for that
would le utterly an impossibility
in comparison man's rwlationnhip
here to that done in heaven.
Knowing which God being in

lng, as well as hoarding. hile
in w inter ImiiK very cold and tlvow
atormn and drlltp and the ice, it
not ae nice as in summer when we
do away with all thcte things aud
have a good tim like othor places
of interent. Th Hf in thonn
niountaijis is a reBt for all rnn
kind who go for a vacation and
rep t from labor, and the banker or
clerk, -r doctor for a few weeka,
and give strength to the weak aud
aick I v ones.
One of the things to do while
there is to weigh on the scales ev
erv Sunday morning and see how
many pounds we have gained since
we came or lost while there. The
mountains can be seen all around
and of the many lakrs below there
is a picture in itself. Saranic
lakes are becoming ,vry popular
every year that that the public
have made it a winter resort. As
for the sick and consumptives
cures is wonderful who are there.
The place is full, but yet have
room tor as many more that want
to come.
The rainbow Hotel or hoarding
house says the w l iter in summer
time who boarded there the year
round says the house is divided
into two part", one for summer
and one for winb r. 1 u the winter
all live m the lock where it is
warm and comfortable, and in
summer live in the front psrt of
the house.
Many hotels are there besides
the llaiubow Hotel where I stop
ped aud a better place I could uot
find aud the monVy was easy and
on much less a scale for board
thau auy big house in the State.
Rainbow Lake is just four miles
from Paul's Smith Hotel and ten
miles from Toon Lake, as I have
seen both hotels and dined if not
slept there.
The uatives aud ueignoors are
very nice and sociable to visitors
or hunters who stop there with
them and the eating well cooked
and healthful and at regular hours
breakfast at 7 a.m , dinner at 12
and supper at ti.
Ilambow Lake is also noted tor
fine hunting aud fishing in large
quantities; also tear, wolf, pan
ther, rabbits, birdBare noted there.
The largest trout caught there
weighed 42 lbs. There is boating
on the lakes aud oue can row iuf.o
o4 different lakes uninterruptedly
for owr 12 miles, and the sceuery
is lovely. Guides are at baud to
carry your luggage and you have
nothing to do but enjoy all. Also
there are coiiimuuicitions by tele
graphs and telephodes to all parts
po you can be heard from if lost in
any part of the' mountains out of
sight or hearing.
11 your game you caught while
hunting, why it can be mouuted
and fc'-nt to you by au experienced
texaderuust in the most approved
pi vie. Ap Io board and lodging it
can I..- had at $H or 12'a w-eek and
no remarks made.
Why ih we ubk how I can stand
the h(e so far away from home fur
a summer or winter? Just be
cause ui rebt from labor mo that
when Wd go hack we can feel more
like working for the balance ot the
year. Any part of the Adriaudocks
can he experimented upon with
access and all are welcome to stop
