Mills, first superintendent of the Oxford orphanage, a singing class from that institution has annually made a tour of this state, until now it has become so well known and the concerts by these little ones are so much enjoyed that the people have come to look on the class as one of our state institutions. This class started out on Monday for another of these tfturs which will cover almost the entire state before it is completed, with two rest spells of two weeks each to break the tedium of the tours.
