Upon motion duly carried it Is ordered that ffl.00 be appro
priated to R. P. Rad ham, agent for Mrs. Claud Olds, in considera
tion of uae of part of her property for local town flush tank.
Upon motion duly carried B. R. Conger. Mayor; J. L. Wig
gins and H. B. Chappell were appointed to consult Mr. R. F. Tut
tle relative to fire fightfng>nd condition of the equipment and Fire
Company.

street from Main to Mrs. T. J. Haskins drive way be made 94 feet
«rid« and from said Mrs T. J. Hoskins drive way to Granville street
be made 99 feet wide.
Upon motion duly carried It is Ordered that section 6 of Reve
nue Act be repealed.
Upon motion duly carried B. C. Bea and J. L. Wiggins are ap
pointed a committee to draft ordinance regulating draymen.
Upon motion it is ordered that note be made in favor of Citi
nena Bank foe amount of overdraft, and note be made in favor of
Citisens Bank far the hmoent of $11,044.60 os paving contract.
