One of the bloodiest wrecks that has occurred on the Murphy division of the V. N. C. railroad since the explosion of Mr. Will James' engine on Valley river took place Monday at 10.30 a. m. The scene of the wreck w as three miles above town. Till-ie were seven cars which wen loaded withlogs. Fivccars were wrecked. Another one broke loose and came by Wnynesvillc at the rate of nlmut seventy-five miles an hour.
