The news of the wreck was
here by Conductor McAuhffe, who
wulked all the way. A relief train was
at once dispntehrd to the scene carry
ing three physicians with it. Upon
arriving at the scone of the wreck
it was seen that the escape of a large
number from dcnih was miraculous. The
train was running nt the rate of thirty
miles an hour when the engine struck the
I obstruction put on the track Ivy the train
