"Section 1. That it shall be law
ful for S. B. Parker, wfio is a repu

vania county. North Carolina, to'
prescribe fcr and treat both persons
and animals afflicted with the
poisoning known in curtain sections
of Western North Carolina as "milk
sickness" and to charge a reason
able fee therefor: Provided, that,
such practice shall be restricted to<
Jackson and Transylvania counties." |
