The meeting of the Blanche Barrus
circle of the Baptist church was heid
Tuesday afternoon at the home of
Mrs, Grady Kilpatrick, with 10 mem
bers present.
Mrs. Roy Long chairman, was in
charge of the meeting and read the
Scripture lesson. Mrs. J. B. Jones led
he opening prayer.
The program of the afternoon was
conducted by Mrs. Long, who gave an
interesting discussion uf “The Chal
.enge of the Mountains.”
The hostess served refreshments at
he close of the meeting.

ties and advantages of this highway
route, and was thoroughly convinced
