A pedestrian always has the right of way you see; For he makes a car jump the ditch, or over the rocks or climb a tree. "Doesn’t interest me what happened to your car,” you seem to hear nim say, v:; You may toot your horn or wavs your arms nr yell, but all in vain, There’s only one thing a pedestrian fears, and that’s a shower of rain. He’ll scatter then and you may drive a little way in peace; But, oh, dear me, when the sun comes out, your pleasure then does cease. The only advice that I can give for one that drives a car, Is to buy an airplane, then shout from afar, "Hey, pedestrian, in the middle of the highway, I don’t mind the ditches, nor the trees, nor the byways. So stand or walk or run all day, For at last I’ve found a place where a driver has the right of way. — NOTICE OF SALE Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in a Deed in Trust executed on the 1st day of August, 1930 by and between Hinton Mc Leod, aid wife, Frances A.
