All such persons are further noti fied to appear, present, set up and defend their claims in said action within six months from the 16th day of November, 1934, or at any time before the order to make deed is made, otherwise they will be forever barred and foreclosed of any and all interest or claims in or to said property or the proceeds received from the sale thereof.
