Bromfield, dated April 6, 1910. and recorded in Book 44, page 260. 4.—Described in deed from T. 11. Shipman and others to J. S. Bromfield, dated May 22, 1019 and recorded in Book 45, page 83. 5.—Described in deed from G. C. Bromfield to J. S. Bromfield, dated Jan. 5, 1907 and recorded in Book 25, page 186. 6.—Described in deed from W. F. Hart to J. S. Bromfield and wife, M. M. Bromfield, dated May 0, 1024, and recorded in Book 49, page 73, Records of Deeds of Transylvania County. All such persons are further noti fied to appear, present, set up and defend their claims in said action within six months from the 15th day of November, 1934, or at any time before the order to make deed is made, otherwise they will be forever barred and foreclosed of any and all interest or claims -in or to said property or the proceed- received from the sale thereof.
