for the troop and we are sure
they have big plans for the
coming year.

while wasn’t it!

attended the State 4-H Confer
ence held at Lake Junaluska on
Friday and Saturday. It was
a very interesting meeting and
many 4-H ideas were discussed.

returned to Cedar Mountain
from their home in Florida to
spend the summer here. We

Mrs. Seldon Jones is spending
this week visiting Mr. and Mrs.
William Lee In Raleigh, N. C,
Bill Jones has returned home
after spending two weeks in the
Veterans Hospital in Durham.
He was there for a check-up.
Mr. and Mrs. Joe E. Pace and
children and Mrs. Sadie Allison
enjoyed the Etowah Horse Shoe
on Saturday, Judy Allison,
granddaughter of Mrs. Allison,
received a number of ribbons
for her riding in the show.
