The special program on Auto Safety given to eighth grade students will have a fOllow-up contest Saturday, May 22, at the Carolina Tire Company in BrOVard from 9:00 a m. - 12:00 noon. All eighth grade students and thosh ninth graders who haven’t taken drivers education can participate. Various contests will be held, County P-TA Council To Meet On May 27 For Dutch-Luncheon The annual May meeting of the Transylvania P-TA Council will be held on Thursday, May 27th, at noon with a dutch luncheon. All members of this special pro gram are urged to attend a special visit since study helps on the contest will be given. 4-H Movie All 4-H members are spon soring a movie at the Co-Ed in Brevard, starting May 10th and lasting until May 22nd. Nine showings will be shown, so all persons will have at least one chance to see this film—THE WAR WAGON—a comedy west ern starring John Wayne and Kirk Douglas. Prices for admission will be $1.25 for adults, $1.00 for stu dents, and 75c for children. The money will be used in the purchase of a 4-H Youth Ac tivity Bus, so the youth in Tran sylvania County can attend ed ucational functions and field trips. Tickets are available now from 4-H members. Revival Begins 26th At Rocky Bottom Church Revival services will begin at the Rocky Bottom Baptist church, Rocky Bottom, South Carolina, on Wednesday night, May 26th, and on Friday night, May 28th.
