Pettit and Arthur M. Dehon, Jr., of Robin .Hood, Inc., have disclosed plans to even further enchance the desirability of the attractive recreational and residential community on U. S. Highway 276, eight miles south of Bre vard. Attractive To Young “We'want to attract younger people as well as. retired,” says Mr. Pettit. “We’re always glad to have retired people, but -we’d like to keep a balance with younger ones in both our sum mer and year - around resi dents.
