In girls play Joyce Patterson scored 24 points to spark Brevard to an impressive 57-35 victory. John Barnette had 18 points and Tim Templeton and Steve Jones 15 apiece for the losing Falcons in boys action. Donna Whitaker and Peggy Lynch had 11 and 10 respectively for the West girls.
