M. and 7:30 P. M., on Saturday, September 16, 1972, at which there will be submitted to the qualified voters of said Coun ty the following question: Shall an order finally pass ed on July 17, 1972, author izing not exceeding $4,950, 000 School Building Bonds of the County of Transyl vania for the purpose of providing funds, with any other available funds, for erecting additional school buildings and other school plant facilities, remodeling, enlarging and reconstruct ing existing school build ings and other school plant facilities, and acquiring necessary land and equip ment therefor, in order to provide additional school facilities in said County to maintain the nine months’ school term as required by Section 2 of Article IX of the Constitution, and au thorizing the levy and col lection of a sufficient tax for the payment of the principal of and the inter est on said bonds, be ap proved?
