In Need Of Rocking Chairs
4-C Staff Writer
WANTED: A rocking Chair,
for wteh of our 4-C Centers.
There is a book about pre
school daycare entitled “A
Lap to Sit on”.
We could paraphrase, and
say “A Chair to Rock In” is
all that is needed sometime
to comfort and offer security
to a little one whose mother
is away at work.
It need not be a new one -
just a solid one that rocks.
We can supply the lap to
sit on, the arms to embrace*
the heart to love - but It
takes a rocking chair to rock.
Do you have one you would
like to share with us? If so,
call 883-3711 and let us know.
We’ll gladly pick it up.
