A. And the respondents will further take notice that they are required to appear at the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Tran sylvania County, in the Court House in Brevard, North Carolina, on the 24th day of April, 1975, and answer or demur to the petition in said action, or the petitioners will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the petition.
