Germany is willinff to make reparation for the destruction of the Dutch freighter Bloomrsbijk off the American coast Sunday. Berlin dispatches tonight said that ihe Dutch ship was annk contrary to orders and that the Imperial govern ment had expressed a willingness to pay indemnity. The vessel and, its cargo of grain was valued at one and a half million dollars. Washington, Octolier tt. News was received here tonight that Ger many has announced her willingness to pay indemnity in the case of the Dutch freighter Bloomrsbijk destroy ed off the American coast on last Sun day.
