Says Saturday's Raleigh News and Observer:' Effective Sunday, the 6th, the train Waving here over the Raleigh & Sonthportal2 o'clock in the after noon will ran through to Lower Lit tle River, instead of as has heretofore been the ease, making LiHineton. its point of return. The management makes this change in deference to the wishes of the travelling public, ex pressed by a Bomber of patrons of the rood. The train win arrive at Lower Little River at 4:05 p. m,. and leave there on its return at 4:50. It will arrive in Raleigh at 6:55 as before. Sonthboond, however, the train leaves Fnqnay five minutes earlier, that is at 3:05 instead of 3:10. A more pleasant outing than the one aSorded by this trip could not well be found. The present southern termi nus, Lower Little River, where 45 minutes are spent, is a lovely bit of scenery; sheer sixty fort bluff, lofty trestle, swiftly flowing water and a wealth of vernal foliage conibibiag to make it most charmingly pict creatine.
