Russell Long and Walter Marks attended Memorial services at Mt. Vernon Sunday aftev noon. Mrs. J. P. Williamson teacher of the Intermediates of Pleasant Grove Sunday school, carried her class to Chimney Rock Saturday afternoon on a picnic, all report a good time. Margaret and Walter Grose, of Leicester, visited relatives here last week. Mrs. G. W. Long, Sr., is in Moore, S. C., this week visiting Mr. and Mrs. C. F.
