Independence
Day
On July 4th we again celebrate the birth
day of our country.
A century and a half is miraculous time for
an infant country to develop into a gigan
tic, respected power among nations.
The character of a nation is but the reflec
tion of its people. And the love of liberty
and independence, and the faithful ob
servance of thrift, which solved the prob
lems of our growing nation, can do equal
ly as much for you.
