White and daugh ter Miss Mary, of Sands, Va., came Saturday to visit daugh ter and sister, Mrs. B.D. Garriss. Mrs. Mina Martin of M ilwau- kee spent some few hours with Mesdames Jane Bridgers and G. W. Johnson Wednesday. Mrs. M. A. E. Garriss spent Sunday in Margarettsville, with her son, Mr. W. R. Garriss and family. Misses Leath and Clara Bot? toms and their uncle, Mr. Buck Edwards and Miss Mary Bridg ets spent Sunday in Margaretts ville. with Mrs. B. H. Lanier. Mr. M. B. Garriss has accepted a position as salesman, with the firm known as Messrs. C. B. Vick & Co., of Margarettsville Mr. H P. Millikin, of Margar ettsville, spent Sunday with his people here. Little Miss Grade Johnson is I spending some weeks with little Misses Annie and V abel Garriss and other friends in Conway.
