committee. Miss Ortlieb was grad
uated from the Morehead City High
School in the spring of 1926, having
stood high in her class. She was
Salutatorian. This is her Freshman
year at College.

Friday evenings when the members
of the Sunday Schools celebrated with
their annual Christmas trees. An
impressive celebration was held at
the Community Christmas ' tree

gathered to sing carols and view the
lovely sight The tree was decorat
ed with many vari-colored electric
bulbs and with an immense star in
