OF KINSTON KNITTING COM
PANY LOCATED IN CARTERET
COUNTY.
Pursuant to an order of sale duly
entered at the May Term 1927 of
the Superior Court of Lenoir County,
and appearing of record in the said
County of Lenoir, and also in the
County of Carteret in a receivership
action pending in the Superior Court
of Lenoir County, record of which
also appears in the office of the Clerk
of the Superior Court of Carteret
County, said action being entitled,
"C. Felix Harvey vs. Kinston Knitt
ing Company, a corporation, Virginia
Trust Company, Trustee, et al" the
undersigned duly apointed permanent
Receivers of said Kinston Knitting
Company will, on Monday the 18th
day of July, 1927, between the hours
of 12:00 A. M. and 1:00 P. M. at
the courthouse door of Carteret
County, Beaufort, N. C, offer at pub
lic sale, to the highest bidder, for
cash, under the terms and conditions
hereinafter fully set out, and also ap
pearing in said order of sale, all of the
plant, machinery, equipment, real and
personal property, located in the
County of Carteret, and now being
in the hands of the undersigned re
ceivers, the said property so to be
sold under the conditions, provisions
and terms herein set forth, being as

fully described in a certain deed from
Orion Knitting Mills to Kinston Knit

the aforesaid and undersigned Receiv
ers will offer the above described prop
erty, as hereinbefore set out and
