Pritchette held in FatiKett township on the 1st day of June, 1915, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters of the said town ship the question of voting the sum of ten thousand dollars of 5ve per cent, (5%) thirty year bonds of the said township, to give in exchange for ten thou sand dollars of the five per cent, (59^) prefeiTed stock of and i’a the Alamance, Durham and Orange Railway and Electric Company.
