Th The Democrat party may be like cer tain individuals we stumble across oc casionally who think just anything they do is all right. These Democrats think they can break the law, break their pledges, break all precedents in order, propriety, decorum and de cency, and tbat just because it suits their interest, their convenience and their whims promulgated by tbe con ceited, the presumptuous, tne patron izing and disgusting because tbey can attract attention and make them selves offensive, that this makes every thing they do quite proper, dont you know, and of a superior order. Well, the Democrat party may be able to disfranchise a majority of tbe honest voters of tbe State, they may be able to abolish offices and re-establish them again just for tbe purpose of turning out these officers before their time ex pires, they may be able to perpetrate breach of contracts .to make any and all kinds of new laws and do violence to all our fundamental laws, including the Constitution, but in our humble opinion we doubt if this kind of thing can continue long with impunity, r or one we are in favor or fighting tbe Devil with fire and resist this lawless aet of law makers until the legality of the matter be passed upon by the courts.
