Tucker won as to this point, but lost all interest in the estate of their mother, according to an order by Judge Frank Carter last Friday, who heard the case. This means that the plaintiffs may come into possession of their share of the $1, 000.000 estate of the late Major Tucker, but lose all interest in the estate of their mother, whose estate was valued at $100,000.
