No Confusion Warranted. :N Although it seems that, some con fusion has arisen about the .books to be used for registration, there is no real cause for su.cn, ana wnaieva misunderstanding there may be ' has likely arisen from the fact that so many elections. State, county and pri mary have been held during the past few years. . . , - In the matter of the charter elec tion It should be stated that, the board of aldermen in ordering this election, required no new registration, but sim ply ordered that the books of regis tration for the municipal election in 1907 should be used in-the approach ing election on April 6. There has been no new registration of voters in the four old wards since 1903. It is a fact, however, that the same boks used in the election of 1903 wilt bo used in the charter, election, but this is because of the fact likewise that there has been no new registration since that date, and the registration books used in 1907 were the same a those used in 1905 and 1903.
