In these days of physical culture and health foods, one would hardly expect to see any thin, weak, emaci ated people, but in spite of all this, nearly every person you meet is thin and scrawny. Good healthy flesh can only be gained by the use of the proper food wdth thorough assimilation of the fat-giving elements. Nine people out of ten In order to weigh as much as they ought and be perfectly healthy, should use Samose, the great flesh forming food. "Weigh yourself be fore commencing to use, these little tablets,, and see how your weight In creases.
