It remains to be seen whether C. E?. Trull, charged with the murder of Sid ney Swain on the night of May 16; H. O. Williams, charged with, the murder of Dillard Hooker on the afternoon of May 17th, and Will Sims, colored, charged with the murder of his father-in-law, Bob White, on last Tuesday night, will come up for trial at the term of criminal court immediately ahead, but it is likely that one or more of them will be tried.
