Iloir, of Seattle, Wash., them that he expects to lotte soon in the interest tional organization. Mr. Ilorr, who is himself an able lawyer of Seattle, and also a wounded veteran of the World war, has plan ned to devote an entire year to organ ization work of this organization. He will be remembered by many as the man who personally headed a delega tion of disabled men in Detroit, last June and entered the headquarters of the I. W. W.'s and Socialists and plainly told that body that they would have to cease their agitations right then and there or come out and Tight. Mr. Horr's actions were prompted by hterature and propaganda that had been sent out from the Socialist head quarters and distributed over Detroit denouncing all patriotic organizations, and especially all veterans of the AVorld war. . The distribution of this literature ceased immediately alter Mr. Horr and his delegation made a personal visit to the Socialists' headquarters and told them they had gone far enough. The members of the local chapter of the disabled men's organization are looking forward to the coming of Mr. Ilorr. Mr. Horr has also sound plans for putting both the national and local chapters of this organizations on a sound financial footing so that they can carry on the important work as signed to them for the disabled.
