Eggs Louisiana Dilute one can of tomato soup with half as much water, pour into a baking dish and stir in one cup of bread crumbs and one small onion grated. Drop the whole eggs into this, cover with crumbs and grated cheese and bake. Rabbit Saute Disjoint and soak in salt water to which has been added a pinch of soda. Flour each piece and drop into skillet one-quarter full of hot bacon fat. Saute quickly turning till brown. Lower the flame. Add water and simmer for half hour. Belgian bare, ;s delicious prepared thus. Stuffed Beet Salad Hollow out large boiled beets. Pickle at least one flav in vinegar, to which has been added as much water and sugar and salt. Let the milk chill for five minutes, then beat with an orinary egg beater. It should take ten minutes' beating to make a thick whip and in that time the milk will have increased to three times its original bulk. You wil! have a thick, creamy whip which is rcaiy for use in cooking.
