A special and newly-patented machine is owned by the compatiy, the machine being used in the manufacture of crisp- ettes, a deliciotts, healthful and re freshing tidbit made from pop corn. The corn is popped in a patented ma chine also, which turns out a large, snowy flake, entirely free from smudge or scorcing. The flakes are damped in to a copper-lined hopper, where they are mixed, while still hot, with a flav oring preparation, the whole making a most wholesome and toothsome 5 cent package. Mr. Xahon is said to have contract ed the disease fro:n a pet bull dog last Xovember while he was attend r the animal which was suffering wit an illness which later developed ii.t rabies.
