The library opens for the use of collugc students at 3 Pi II, and remains open until the close of classes* Encyclopedias, magazines, and reference books are not to be taken from the li brary. Pooks put on reserve by teachers may bo charged out for overnight use,but must be returned the follor.ing day. Fail ure to do this incurs a fine of five ccnts. All other books may bo charged out for tv/o weeks, Tlie librarian may call in a book at any tir^e to place it on a teacher reserve shelf. A fine of two cents a day v'ill be charged on all overdue books other than reser'/e. A student holding a book T.t the end of the quarter •will not r- cieve credit for any v;ork done until the book is returned.
