Last night, about 11 o'clock, the mob, well .organized and orderly, went to the Woodjbury ja'd where Lylliard was confined, and ele manded the keys from the jailer. Meeting with no resistance they se cured their man, and taking him to the bridge over Storfe river hange him therefrom. His neck was broken, and he died without a struggle.
