Be it ordained by the Commis sioners for the town of Concord, n. a : Section A That the bicycle ordi nance passed by this Board at its meeting on August Uth, 1894, is hereby repealed. , Section B That no one riding a bicycle within the corporate limits of the Town of Conpord shall, when within 15 feet of a. woman or a child ard meeting or passing the same travel at a greater speed , than an ordinary walk; and no one shall ride a bicycle within said corporate limits at night without displaying a headlight, and when meeting or passing any one ringing a bell. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor; and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined Ten Dollars or imprisoned for ten days. - This ordinance is in effect on and after this date. September, 11, '91. 2. That any one who shall pro cure, directly or indirectTy, for any person or persons, anyi intoxicating liquors, within the corporate - limits of the town of Concord, State .1 of North Carolina, or act as agent , of any person or persons in procuring any intoxicating liquor within -the corporate limits of said town of Concord, shall be guilty of a mis demeanor, and ? upon conviction shall be fined df ty dollars, of ims ! prisoned for thirty days. .
