The Charlotte Observer says
that Mr.. William Stancil, of Ca
barrus county, was badly bitten
Wednesday by a dog. The dog
sprang upon him, and before he
could recover himself had lacera
ted his arm and wrist badly. Mr.
Stancil choked the dog to death.
He then went to Charlctto after

An Indian woman serving a
