LOSSES WITH AND FRUITS. n ITIIODT Fires and accidents are abnor mally frequent and disastrous of late. The deaths resulting at the fires and from accidents within the past two weeks far exceed those kil'ed in the war with Spain, and the loss of prop erty is appalling. Morning Post. Thus it is.
