The next annual reunion of the Confederate Veterans will be held May 16, 17 and 18 at Little Rock, Arkansas. All veterans who are unable to provide or pay for their en tertainment will be lodged and fed by the citizens of Little Rock. It is important that all veterans who expect to be en tertained free should as soon as possible communicate with Mr. B. L. Roberts, chairman of the committee on encampment, for veterans. The encampment will be in a central part of the city and convenient to the auditorium in which the business meetings will be held. Delightful enter tainments will be given free. It is hoped that North Car olina will be largely represent ed at the reunion and all ihe veterans who can go are urged to attend. The railroads will give unusually low rates hereto fore given for the reunions so that the traveling expenses will not be much. While North Carolina has eighty camps, more than half of them pay their dues and are entitled to representatives at the general reunian. The attention of the commander of the camps is especialiy called to this mat ter and they are urged to see that their camp dues are paid before the first day of April.
