The Winston Daily Sentinel says that Mr. S. D. Kiser, a former ticket agent at Winston for the Southern Railway, has received another promotion. A year or more ago he was trans ferred from Winston to Raleigh. He now goes to Richmond, Ya., to become city ticket agent there for the Southern.
